How to make "Enable email notification of replies" default setting?

Every time I post a message, I manually enable "Enable email notification of replies."
Is there any way to make that the default setting?

I can only assume that in my screen shot the choices listed would allow you to receive notifications. I reply to many and keep this turned off but I check the forum obsessively <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />Flag 0 -
Also, during a reply, you can expand the [b]Options[/b] section:
[attachment=226:Screen shot 2010-09-02 at 19.01.10.png]
… to look like:
[attachment=227:Screen shot 2010-09-02 at 19.01.44.png]
… and (un)check "[b]Enable[/b] email notification of replies?"Flag 0
