MySupermarket.com won't auto-login

I can't remember if you deal with issues related to specific domain login instances, but as I know you're always interested to hear of any issues, this is one I've just discoverd:

The login at www.mysupermarket.com (account sign-up is free) is a JavaScript popup. Without using 1Password, the following occurs:

Unsuccessful logins produce errors and red login boxes

Successful logins work and continue to a login page
Using 1Password with the correct credentials appears to simply reload the page. No error is produced, per an unsuccessful login attempt, and the login is not successful.

Any help would be appreciated. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

What web browser are you running? Please be as specific as possible. Thanks!

Sorry, it's Chrome for Windows v11.0.696.60

    Please try this:

    1. Launch 1Password

    2. Locate your mysupermarket.com login item. Click on the button labelled "Edit"

    3. Under "Submit", change the drop-down to "Never".

    4. Click OK.

Now launch Chrome and do what you normally do. When you log into mysupermarket.com using our 1Password extension for Chrome, you'll notice how it fills your username and password, but it does not auto-submit your login. You should click on "sign in" yourselves.

    Does this fix your problem?

That does indeed fix the problem, thanks Stefan! I didn't realise there were options for always auto-submit and per-site overrides for that setting. Very nice. Thanks!
  • That's good news! Thanks for updating the thread.
