Fill in passwords in a programm (not on a website)

I'm using a software provided by my bank in order to enter and then send payment orders, without going through the e-banking website of the bank. This software of course also requires me filling in a password when I'm about to send the orders, thus triggering the payments. Is it possible to "link" 1Password to such a program, so that 1Password also recognizes that I am about to fill in a password (as it does it, wh'en ?'m on a website)?
