Autofill using old password?

Every now and then, when I try to login at my bank, it enters my old password instead of my new one. I can tell because the old password was 5 digits, and the new one is 14. Any ideas why this would be? Please let me know what information I can provide.

    Sorry for the delayed reply. Is the updated password in the main 1Password app's login item for your bank, and just not filling properly in Safari? If so, please reinstall the Safari extension.
