1password 3.7.5

in Mac
I've created a new identity in 3.7.5 but when I use Safari 5.1 I cannot use it to fill in forms. The idendity file seems to be blank.

    Do other identities still work? Does this identity that you just created work on other sites? What's the address of the site where it is failing?
