No Sync-Menu

in 1Password 3 for Mac
Hi,



now i have 1Password from the MAS and my iPhone App.

Now i want to sync my iPhone with the Mac and see a video with an Menu "Sync".

My 1Password does not have this Menu... why?

    It's there...but I must warn you...I had a lot of problems with it.
