Can Windows version read 3.9 data?

I run 1Password on a Windows computer and also on a computer running Leopard. I saw elsewhere on this forum that version 3.8 will read 3.9 data... Will the latest Windows version also read 3.9 data? (Currently all 3 of my computers share 1Password data stored in Dropbox). Thanks
