username and password on separate pages

When logging into a bank, there are separate pages for username and password. How can I use 1password to address both of these needs? For example, if I enter username I then need to hit return, at which time I need to enter password and then enter return. How do I do this?

    On a two page login URL, the first page with username doesn't ask to be included, but the second page with password does. How come?
