Can't purchase from App Store: "This item is being modified. Please try again later."

When I try and buy 1Password from the Mac App Store, I get two error messages.
First, when I click "Buy App," I see this:

Then, when I click "OK," I see this:
[/center][center][img]http://yourmacexpert.com/error2.png[/img]
This started around 10AM (Eastern Time), and though it's now 30 minutes later, I still get the same error.
Any ideas?[/center]

Having the same problem here on the Canadian app store. I also first tried to buy it at around 10:00am eastern, and it still doesn't work at 1:00pm.Flag 0

It's working now! I was finally able to purchase 1Password from the MAS.Flag 0
