Are there any new differences between the two versions, besides the already known stuff (menu bar icon, missing login bookmarks, etc.)? (Un)fixed problems? New features?
I'm not aware of any new differences, just the ones you outlined. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> 3.9.1 was primarily a bug fixing release.
