Is there any issues with simply deleting the beta app for proper removal.

You should not have any problems especially if you are just switching to 3.9.3. I regularly switch between both.
It may not be necessary, but you might want to [b]uncheck[/b] "Keep helper running…" in 3.9.4 before quitting and deleting it.
Then be sure to run 3.9.3 and recheck that option.Flag 0
