Do I need more than one Windows license if I'm the only user of multiple PCs?

I love this app. Use it all the time on my Iphone. I have installed the PC version on my desktop. My dumb question is, I just buoght a laptop ad would like to be able to use the windows version on it. Can I install the software on both PCs and have them synce up, and will I need to purchase a second lic.
