Add Username Column?

I just moved over from Password Safe, which displays entries as Title[username]. I have about a zillion twitter accounts which thus all show up as Twitter[account1], Twitter[account2] etc. It looks like there's no way to add columns to the main view in Windows - am I missing something or am I just going to have to go back through my entries and re-title them?

I'll pass your vote for this along to the developers. I use titles like "Twitter - personal" and "Twitter - impersonal" or if you don't mind the username appearing in the title, you can include it directly there.
