Missing Passwords

I've been using 1Password for quite a while and I've noticed some passwords are missing when searching for them in the Android app. For example I saved my Netflix login to 1Password on my Windows PC and it shows up fine on my PC and Laptop clients, yet when I search for it on 1Password for Android it's not there. I've made sure the client is synced with Dropbox, closed it then reopened it but it still isn't there. This has happened for a few of my passwords and to this day they still don't show up on my Android.

Any advice on how I could resolve this? I love 1Password but this is becoming very annoying.

Hi Rahxie and welcome to the Forum !

It looks like you 1Password keychain got corrupted and needs to be rebuild.

Please let me know if you need an additional information on how to do that.

Once your keychain is rebuild, do a fresh sync and all your secure items will be properly listed.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,

  • Rahxie,

Just to expand on the rebuilding of the data file, to do this in 1Password for Windows, open 1Password and go to File > Repair 1Password Data File which should rebuild the contents.js file that all 1Password apps use to determine which items you have in your data file.

Also, please remember that 1Password Reader for Android doesn't currently have auto-sync support, so you need to manually sync the app each time you add something new on the desktop.
