1Password keeps bugging me about the same sites

in 1Password 3 for Mac
I got 1Password as an App for my Mac Book Pro (running OS Lion 10.7.3). I noticed that, annoyingly, 1Password keeps asking me again and again if I wish to save the password for site that I have already stored. Is this a known issue? Anything I can do about it? Thanks very much in advance!

    It shouldn't happen. Please let me know the version of the browser and the 1Password extension you are currently running. Also, if you could give me a link to the website where this is happening.
