Control + \ not working in Google Chrome

I tried the agilebits troubleshooting techniques and the control back slash command is still not working to load un and pws. Also, I'm not getting prompted to save new un and pws. I have the current 1password that is up to date and the current Chrome. What's the deal? I checked my task manager and the helper is running.

    Did you install our Chrome add-on? [i]File > Preferences (Ctrl+P) > Browsers. [/i]If yes, are you seeing the 1P toolbar button?
