Chrome extension freeze when unlocking it
Hello,
I use 1password every day with great pleasure on Windows, Mac and Ios, and noticed a bug when unlocking the chrome extension.
I am using the latest version of 1password (1.0.9.272) and chrome extension (3.8.9.38999).
When unlocking the extension, it "freezes" and I obtain this :

I then need to click again on the 1password icon in order to display correctly the 1password toolbar.
This behaviour is the same with Chrome 15,16 and 17 (probably before too, but I don't remember).
Do you already have this problem? Is there a way to solve it or do we need to wait for a new fix?
Thanks again for your support <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

Welcome to the forums, neoraptor. I'm sorry that you are having this problem.
The extension is only designed to work in the current stable version of Chrome (17 at this time), so let's focus on that.
Could you try removing the extension and then installing the beta version?
1. Open 1Password's preferences to the Browsers tab.
2. Click the "Install Chrome Extension" button.
3. Check the box to "Allow beta extensions."
4. Click the "Download" button for the beta version of the Chrome extension.
Please let me know how it goes.Flag 0
