As stated in subject. Whenever, I try to purposefully save a new login within the extension window drop-down the login does not appear within the main 1P app and does not save. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_beer.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='(beer)' />

1P Version 3.9.4 (39400.005, ga5f3b07)

1P Extension (beta) 39.0.b12

Lion OS v10.7.3

Update: Just saw the tweet regarding password history. This too does not work for me as when I close any of my browsers Netshred X goes to work and deletes these caches.

Do you have any trouble if you disable NetShred X?
No, concerning "viewing the password history" but the original issue of being unable to enter a saved login through the browser extension is still present. However, I'm not going to disable Netshred X as this is part of how I use the web (synonymous with my request for linking without logging-in).

It sounds like NetShred X may be removing important files. Just be careful with it. Surely there is a way to configure it so that it is not deleting extension data that you need.

Can you explain a bit more about the save issue? Are you referring to autosave, manual save (using the "+" button), or both?

When you say that "the login does not appear within the main 1P app and does not save," is the only issue that the Login is not showing up in the main application or do you mean that it "does not save" in the extension either?

If NetShred X is wiping out the extension's database, then 1Password may not have a chance to propagate the Login from the extension to the main application. Keep an eye on this folder on your machine and see if it disappears while NetShred X is doing its thing:
~/Library/Safari/Databases/safari-extension_com.agilebits.onepassword-safari-2bua8c4s2c_0
Of course, the best thing to do would be to disable NetShred X while we are troubleshooting the issue just to rule it out as the source of the problem. I'm so far unable to reproduce any trouble with saving Logins using the same versions you have listed above. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_worried.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':S' />

Hopefully with some more information we'll be able to resolve the matter for you.
