Multiple Password fields in 1 form.

I am trying to configure 1Password to work with the EFTPS Login form: https://www.eftps.gov/eftps/login/loginInitial

I cannot figure out how to fill in the ssn fields properly nor the pin field. It seems to fill in the pin field with my password.

Is there a way to setup all of the fields. I've attempted to create the fields with the names used on the page (i.e. SSN1, SSN2, SSN3, PIN, etc).

How do you deal with complex forms like this?

    Welcome to the forums, cjibo!

I'm sorry that you're having this problem. Please try saving the login manually like this:

    1. Enter all your credentials into the form, but DO NOT submit the form.

    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.

    3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).

    4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a sample login in Safari at:

I hope that helps. Please let me know.
