1password unable to input password correctly

I use to be able to log-in to this website https://www.mybdo.com.ph/fo/login/

However, just today, after i updated my 1password application, i could no longer do so. The website keeps giving me the error message "password is required". I've deleted my entry in 1password and made a new one for the website and the same thing still occurs.



I've tried to log-in manually to see if i was just mistyping my password, and i was able to do so, so im sure my password is written correctly. I did notice however that if i fill the password first, before the username i would get the error "password is required." And the only way to log-in is if i typed my username first, followed by my password.



Is there a way to fix this? Or at least somesort of workaround?

    Welcome to the forums, BluePass. I'm sorry that you are having this problem.



    What version of 1Password, browser, and extension are you using?



    Does it help if you disable autosubmit for that Login?

    I'm using the latest 1.0.9.287 (now tried 1.0.9.288)

    I'm on Windows 7, using Firefox 11.

    However I was using an old extension, i don't know what versions but looking at my mozilla folder i saw it was labeled "firefox@1passwd.com"



    I've now since updated to the latest extension, but am now experiencing the connecting error, which continuously counts up and never actually opens. I've tried reinstalling firefox twice and one were i even deleted all personal settings, restarting 1passwordhelper, restarting my computer, deleting the sqlite and reinstalling the new extension.



    I've sent a support email with the diagnostics, as a result of this.

    Got it to work now. Mike from agilebits was very helpful in helping me diagnose my firefox extension problems. As for the website trouble I'm having, I found that setting the submit option to 'never' allowed me to log-in okay, though this did mean i have to click the 'log-in' button manually. Still one additional step isn't too much. Thanks for all the quick response and the great support guys.

    I'm glad Mike was able to get everything sorted out for you. We'll try to improve autosubmit on that site in a future update, but thanks for letting me know that disabling it for now allows you to log in.
