IE9 and pulldowns after auto-fill

I have been using 1Password for a while, and I have a small issue that bothers me for some time. I use the latest version of 1Password (non-Beta) and IE9. After I use 1Password to fill a login via the ctrl-\ method, I notice that I have trouble using websites. I notice that pull down menus no longer pull down. I can arrow down to use them, but they do not fully display. This problem persists until I close all IE windows, then it works fine.

I have started to use copy/paste to login to most websites to avoid this. It is very nice to auto fill, but not being able to use website properly bothers me. I have also noticed some problems with downloads after a ctrl-\, but that might be just a coincidence. Are there any suggestions to resolve my small annoyance?

Could you post a screencast of the issue? I am not able to reproduce it, but it sounds intriguing. You can use Jing to create (and post) a screencast for free:
