No Logins listed on FF 11 extension

I updated to Firefox 11 this morning and updated the browser extension. After typing in my master password in the extension I got a message saying Connecting and a number that counted sequentially up from 1 every second or so. After letting that go for some time I thought to check if my version of 1Password was up to date. It was not, so I updated the app. After a successful update the browser extension displayed Syncing with the ever increasing count. Eventually that stopped and i was able to access the extension however none of my data is displayed. I just have the message "No Logins saved for this site". I have tried removing and reinstalling the extension 3 times without any resolution. The application and the IE extension work fine.

    Good morning!

Same problem here: after upgrading both Firefox and 1Password in Windows 7 (64bit) to the latest versions, when I type my master password in the extension, I get a message "connecting: " and a number like a counter, increasing every second.

Adding 127.0.0.1 to the proxy exeption list did the trick for me. Now the extension works!

    Thank you!

Good news! Thanks for updating the thread to let us know, georgeadams. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Any update on your end, Rick?
  • I have not had any luck. I'm not using a proxy server and my virus software (Mcafee Virus Scan) does not appear to have the ability to block the necessary ports (at least I can't find it if it does). I just sent the diagnostic report.
  • Hello,

I'm having the same problem and have tried the various troubleshooting options. I'm using Kaspersky PURE and a diagnostics report has already been sent.

    Thanks!

Welcome to the forums, j3nl3a. I'm sorry that you are having similar trouble.

We will follow up with both of you via email so that we are not duplicating efforts here on the forum.

I'm going to close this thread for now and will post a follow up once we resolve the issue for you.
  • So today, from out of nowhere, my 1Password extension for Firefox 11 started displaying "No logins saved for this site."

I followed all the steps noted in the thread at http://forum.agilebi...f-11-extension/ but nothing worked.

After about 2 hours of pulling my hair out, I finally found a solution:

Remove the 1Password Addon from Firefox (Instructions on this can be found here)

If you haven't already, open Folder Options, select the View tab and enable "Show hidden files, folders, and drives", then click OK.

Open into your user folder to the folder path "AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles"

This folder should contain a file named "OnePassword.sqlite"

Delete the "OnePassword.sqlite" file

Reinstall the 1Password Addon for Firefox.
Once I did this, everything was happily back to normal.

    Hope this helps someone.

    Cheers,

    - Rob

Welcome to the forums, Rob. Thanks for posting this. I merged it with the original thread. We've mentioned this in other threads, but I thought it was important to include here. Appreciated!

    Cheers,
