"No Logins Saved for This Site" [Resolved in 3.9.1 extension]

All of a sudden my 1Password can't log me in to any of my sites.

This error message is popping up in that box right above that little list of my sites.

I have tried all the steps in the Troubleshooting application to no avail.

What is the matter with my 1Password! <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_sweating.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='(sweat)' />

I'm sorry that you are having this problem, Brian. I saw something similar recently when helping another user.

Can you confirm that the URLs stored in your Logins items are complete and include the protocol (e.g. https:// or http://)?

If you only have the FQDN stored (e.g. yahoo.com rather than https://login.yahoo.com/config/login) you may experience some trouble with domain matching. Since the protocol being used has security implications, 1Password does not want to make assumptions about it on your behalf. A connection over https uses a secure SSL connection while http does not provide such security.

If you save a new Login item in the browser extension, 1Password can "learn" everything it needs to know about the site including the protocol. Does that help?

    Please let me know.
  • Khad.....Guess what.....Got some help from Agile Tech Support. They suggested to make sure my Safari was set up as 64 Bit. Turns out that fixed the problem. I still have a few logins here and there that I have to tweak, and I am monitoring the troublemakers.

    Thanks for your input.

It was far more complex than I even realized at the time. This should actually be fixed in the current version of the extension now (3.9.1). Thanks for updating the thread to let me know another of my co-workers was able to get things resolved for you.

In the future, it might be easier to only post a support request in a single channel. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
