Firefox Extension problem
Hello,
I've been using 1Password for a long time and have always been happy and excited.
[b]Since the update of the Firefox extension (3.9.x) I'm very unhappy![/b]
I have many logins that have a checkbox (remember as logging in, etc.). Since the update the check boxes are not filled in automatically.
When I start Firefox, it's always a short mouse trailer /stopper (?, sorry for my english). This is also related to 1Password. I've uninstalled and reinstalled for testing.
The window of my many logins can not adjust the size. I must now laboriously scroll in the small window.
My keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Alt + #) only works occasionally. I have not figured out why it works sometimes and sometimes not.
[b]All these problems I had not before!
Please give me back my old working extension![/b]

I apologize for this. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve. I don't have a time frame for a specific update, but this is definitely on our radar.

Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? I am not sure I understand but would like to see what I can do to help with this.

It was never possible to resize the extension, and this has not changed in the new interface. The good news is that in the new extension you can search for a Login without scrolling at all. Just open the extension and begin typing to search. This is a new feature that I have come to really appreciate as a user of 1Password myself. I hope it helps you too.

It sounds like there may be a problem with the connection between the 1Password Helper and the extension since the Helper controls the keyboard shortcut. When you have the problem do you see a red badge in the extension to indicate a problem? I'm sire we can resolve this for you. Please let me know.Flag 0 -
