Toolbar button missing in Firefox; trouble filling

My 1password password is ok, but with the latest update to Firefox the 1password icon no longer appears in firefox and when I click on the web location withinin 1password, it goes to the site but does not put in the login/password and log me in. How can I activate this again? Thks.

    Welcome to the forums, nklarsqad. Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having this problem.



    The two issues are likely directly connected. Filling will not work without the extension installed in Firefox, and if the extension is not installed you will not see it in the toolbar.



    Please make sure you are up to date with both 1Password and Firefox, and then click the button in 1Password's preferences to install the Firefox extension. It is on the Browsers tab as shown in this screenshot:
