IE9 "1Password Has Encountered A Problem"

I am running Windows 7 SP1 with Internet Explorer 9. I have the current updated version of 1Password. I continually get an error message that says, "1Password has encountered a problem." When I get this error message, 1Password does not complete the user ID and password fields after I hit "Cntr + \." This usually happens when I've got multiple tabs open in IE9. I may have six tabs open and on one of them, google documents for example, I need to enter a UN & PW so I hit Cntr + \.

Here is a screenshot:

I have to restart 1Password which is a big PITA because I then have to load all the tabs from the sites I was forced to close because of the 1Password error. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?[attachment=1582:ScreenHunter_17 Apr. 20 14.01.jpg]

What version of 1Password are you using? Does the problem only happen on that specific URL? I am trying to reproduce the issue here but so far cannot. Could you provide the exact steps to reproduce?

Thanks in advance! I'm looking forward to getting this resolved for you.
