two different support forums?

Why are there two different support forums for discussion:

forum.agilebits.com

support.agilebits.com

?



It is confusing to know which is used for what purpose.

The last I heard at some point they will be consolidated. You are welcome to use either place for questions.

Many people in this community forum have been around for quite some time (like thightower, for example). Many folks in this community forum tend to like to discuss things and are interested in asking "Why?"[/font][/color]



[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Other folks just want to get an issue resolved and move on. Our [/font][/color][b][url="http://support.agilebits.com/"]support site[/url][/b][color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif] is great for those folks. It is designed to efficiently handle the volume of support requests to which we regularly reply. It is also possible to have a [i]private[/i] support ticket there.[/font][/color]



[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]In short: this community forum is for discussion and users helping users, our support site is for quickly resolving issues.[/font][/color]
