Bank of China personal banking Web site does not save my login

Hello,

Anyone here using Bank of China (HK) personal Web site (http://www.bochk.com/web/home/home.xml?lang=en) found that their login information isn't saved on 1pass? I finally realised the site looks like it's made in the 80s (complete with popsup and open new link in every new window) but 3.6 million of us uses the Web site whether we like it or not. Could you look into it?

Thanks for reporting this, tonychsiu. I didn't see a Login form on the URL you provided, so I clicked through to the Online Banking (for Personal Customers) link:

    https://its.bochk.com/login/ibs_lgn_index_e.jsp

Please try saving the login manually like this:

    1. Enter your credentials, but DO NOT submit the form.

    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.

    3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).

    4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a sample login at:

Manually saving a login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Doing this allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

If you are still having trouble, please try disabling autosubmit for that Login and let me know if that resolves the issue. Since I don't have an account there,I was not able to verify autosubmit for the form.

I hope that helps. Please let me know.
