file decryption problem for some items

Hi,



I'm running 1Password 3.8.19 for Mac and Android version 1.8.5.1 synced via Dropbox. All worked fine until recently where there is a problem with the Andriod version. All of the existing entries under the 'Accounts' tab won't open giving "ERROR: Unable to decrypt secure content for test_account. Please resync your phone one more time."



Resyncing doesn't help and I'm sure dropbox is updating properly as (a) I can view everything on 1PasswordAnywhere and (<img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /> if I add new items they appear on the android app (and do decrypt properly).



Clearing all data from the android app and even reinstalling it hasn't helped either.

    Hi niallw,



    Sorry to hear about your issue. The problem may occur if you switch to another 1Password data file (keychain) and sync your phone with Dropbox.

    There might also be a corruption of some files during file transfer from Dropbox server to your phone.



    In order to fix the issue, please find and delete folder called "Dropbox" located in the root directory on your phone's SD card.

    Next restart 1Password Reader and sync your phone with Dropbox again. Once sync is completed successfully, your will be able to decrypt and view all of your secure items on the phone.
