control+\ stopped working

in Windows
shortcut key control+\ stopped working in chrome, firefox.

I reinstalled the app in windows, reinstalled extensions in both browsers, restarted browsers and windows didn't help.

    Welcome to the forums, garbage! It sounds like the Helper is either not running or is being prevented from communicating with the browser extensions. Please try all the steps in the User Guide:

    Note especially step 7 which contains special instructions for configuring problematic antivirus/malware software:

    Are you behind a proxy server?



    Are you running one of the programs listed in that second link?



    Do you see [font=courier new,courier,monospace][b]Agile1pAgent.exe[/b][/font] listed in Task Manager when you are having the problem?
