This is a staging forum for AgileBits, not an official support forum. Visit http://discussions.agilebits.com instead.
Please improve the Forum to include "Search" and nested folder hierarchy
I'm going to assume this has been suggested before, but I do not have the time to search through what today is 31 pages of posts to find out.
As a new product matures, the support forum needs to mature. For a product that I have just paid close to $70 for (Windows, +iphone+iPad+tax), I think it is reasonable to expect a support forum that has (just to mention a few basics):
1) A search capability
2) Folders and subfolders to keep order (Within the "1Password for Windows" folder). For example: New user tips, Sync Issues, Importing from a prior password manager, etc.
My general mode of operation with almost all software is to rely first on the User Manual, second on the Support Forum. I would much prefer to see both of these elements beefed up to the level appropriate to a $70 consumer product as a higher priority than adding new features to the program itself. I would like to humbly suggest that AgileBits put a much stronger emphasis on support and communication at this time, in preference to rolling out new features, at least for Windows users
Thank you for considering,
Leander

I'm sorry if there was any confusion, Leander2. This is the community forum. We also offer direct assistance via email (support AT agilebits.com) and our support site: http://support.agilebits.com/
This forum and our support site both have search functions, but I'll gladly pass your other suggestions along to the rest of the team.

You're quick. It looks like you posted two more times while I was drafting my reply. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
Glad you were able to search.
OS X has a built-in spell checker and similar functionality is available system-wide from several third-party applications. Some browsers also have built-in spell checking.
I hope that helps!Flag 0
