What is my license key?

Our home computer died last weekend and I finally have the new one set up. I've installed 1Password but I don't have any of the activation information.

Is there someplace I can get that without having to pay for it again?

Sorry to hear about your computer, zuzd! You can retrieve your license key at any time by entering your email address on our "Resend Licenses" page:

    https://agilebits.com/home/licenses

And if you were using Dropbox to sync your 1Password data before, you can simply install Dropbox, wait for it to finish syncing, and then launch 1Password. Your data will automatically be detected in your Dropbox folder.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

    Cheers,
  • Hi Khad,

Yes it's certainly a pain, it took me all day yesterday to restore my files and that was from back up. I can't imagine if you didnt have the files backed up.

Thanks for the link. Much appreciated. There is one more thing after I installed the license key, how do I get the 1Password icon to show up in Firefox?

I'm using Windows 7 and version 13.0.1 of Firefox.

    Thanks again,

    Dino

  • Thanks Stefan, much appreciated.
  • Hi Stefan,

I went into Preferences, Browsers but I don't see where it says install Firefox Extension.

    Thanks.

It sounds like the same or a related issue, so I'm going to close this thread to reduce confusion for both of us. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Please see my reply in the other thread you started and reply there:
