Firefox extension can't connect. Connecting 1, 2, 3..

I was having trouble getting FF v10.x to work with the extension. It simply says Connecting 1 2 3 etc.



I upgraded FF to v13.0.1 and same problem.



Everytime I turn around 1Password stops working on my browser and I have to jump through hoops getting it to work again.



Can someone please tell me how to get this POS software working again and keep it working? There is currently a red flag on the icon.

    Welcome to the forums, jayw046! Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having this problem.



    One of the great things about the new extension is that it will not break with the (now more frequent) browser updates and require a new version to be released every time. Since you mentioned that you were having trouble with the extension in version 10 before you updated to version 13, it sounds like there is something unrelated to the browser or 1Password that is blocking the connection.



    Please try all the steps in our troubleshooting guide including and especially the ones about proxy servers and other security software you may be running:

    Please let me know if you are behind a proxy server and what antivirus/anti-malware solutions you have installed. If you are stuck on any of the steps in the guide, please let me know which step. I'd be happy to provide further assistance.
