Archive extraction error

I've run the update 3.8.19 build 31419 six times now with the same result



"An error occurred while extracting the archive. Please try again."



I'm using Lion 10.7.4

    Welcome to the forums, Rich! I'm sorry that you are having this problem. It sounds like you may have downloaded the file while it was in the middle of being updated on the server. Please give restart 1Password and give it another go. If you're still having trouble, you can always download the current version directly from our website:

    Had the same problem with extraction error multiple times. I used the direct download method utilizing the URL listed and update completed with no problems.
