Chrome plugin in Windows keeps logging out

LeonK
edited July 2012 in Windows
Hi, I'm using 1Password on iMac, MacBook, iPad, iPhone and Windows7 on my work, synchronising via DropBox. Perfect job on all platforms, with one minor peeve: the Chrome plugin on Windows 7 logs out after a few minutes or so. In the main app I've set auto-lock at 60 minutes, and 'Lock when screen saver is activated' is unchecked. It's a bit of a nuisance as my Master Password is 64 characters. Any idea?

This is an interesting issue, Leon. I've not heard of this happening before. Can you tell me what versions of 1Password, Chrome, and the extension you are using? Better yet, to help us track down the issue more quickly, could you please send us your Diagnostics Report? Select **Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File** from the menu bar in 1Password. Then attach the report to a private support ticket:

Please include a link to this thread in your ticket.

Once we see your report we should be able to help more. Thanks in advance!
  • Thanks Khad,

When I checked About Google Chrome on the XP machine Google said: Chrome: 20.0.1132.47 m

and started to update itself to: Chrome: 20.0.1132.57 m

    1Password: 1.09.296

    Extension: Version 3.9.4.39499

I've mailed the Diagnostics Report to support-window@agilebits.com

    Keep up the good work!
