Software item detail not found

I have created a software detail inside 1Password for windows and sync using dropbox, after install the android apps and sync it with dropbox, i found that the software item is not there, the apps alert me with item not found although i can see it inside windows program.



please help.

    Can you tell me if the problem is only with that one specific item? All Software items? Or all items?



    If you create a new Login item in 1Password for Windows, does it show up in the Android app?



    If you create a [i]different[/i] Software item, does [i]that[/i] one show up in the Android app?



    What version of the Android app are you using?

    First of all, thank you for your interest in 1Password Reader !



    If there is a discrepancy in number of items you see on your Android phone and on your computer, your keychain (1Password Data File ) may be corrupted and you need to rebuild it using "Rebuild Data File" option on your PC.

    Once your 1Password data file is rebuilt, sync your phone again and all your secure items will be visible on your phone.
