1PW extension not installing for me in Safari 6

Since upgrading to Mountain Lion, I can't get the 1PW extension to install. I have Version 3.8.20 (build 31499) and each time I open it, it asks me to install the extension (Install Safari Extension?), but nothing is happening in Safari.



What am I doing wrong?

    Welcome to the forums, Ronnie! I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.



    To help us track down the issue more quickly, could you please attach a Diagnostics Report to your reply?



    In 1Password 3.8, just select [b]Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics Report[/b] from the menu bar.



    Then attach the entire file to your reply to a private discussion on our support site:
