Will 1Password 4.0 be MAS-only?
So I've been reading in a few places on the web that 1Password will be going Mac App Store-only with version 4.0. Is this true? I've heard people saying you said something about in your forums, but I have yet to find an official confirmation. I'm really loving the 1Password trial version, but I'm unsure where to go from here (in terms of buying).

Welcome to the forums, jautry7! It is possible that 1Password 4 will be exclusive to the Mac App Store, but nothing is written in stone. That was our plan (like losing 10 pounds is a plan). A lot of things change, and we like to stay agile. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
What I [i]can[/i] tell you for sure is that every purchase of 1Password on the Mac App Store comes with a free upgrade to version 4 when it is released (normally a $34.99 value).
