Login trouble at swim-montreal.com

Hi there,

I can't get 1P to fill in automatically my credentials for http://www.swim-montreal.com/swim-login.aspx. I know they have a captcha, but I would like 1P to at least be able to provide the username/pass fields correctly.

Can you please help?

Thanks,

-Anibal

Welcome to the forums, Anibal! Thanks for taking the time to contact us.

Please try saving the login manually like this:

    1. Enter your "Login Email" and "Password" but NOT the "Security Code" (CAPTCHA) and DO NOT submit the form.

    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.

    3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).

    4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a sample login at:

    http://www.swim-montreal.com/swim-login.aspx

Manually saving a login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Doing this allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Now you have a Login with your credentials saved. To allow you a chance to fill the different "Security Code" every time before submitting the form, just disable autosubmit for that Login.

    Please let me know how it goes. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
