Agilekeychain file in Dropbox

Welcome to the forums, ddick6510!
When using Dropbox to sync, the 1Password.agilekeychain data in your Dropbox folder is your 1Password data. It is not a copy of it. 1Password for Windows makes local backups of the data every day automatically, though.
I hope that helps. Please let me know.

You can do that, or there are numerous backup solutions which will automatically backup your data locally to another drive or online. As I mentioned, 1Password also creates daily backups on your local drive. If you are backing up your hard drive — and you should be — your 1Password data will be included in your onsite and offsite backups as long as your backups include your user folder and you have not changed the default location of 1Password's backups to be outside of your user folder.
If you need offline access to 1PasswordAnywhere you will need to use another browser or modify Chrome’s settings by adding this command line option (note the two dashes at the beginning): --allow-file-access-from-files

To follow up on Khad's post in regards on accessing the 1 password on a thumb drive using chrome.
I have a copy of Portable Chrome (http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/google_chrome_portable) on the thumb drive as well.
In the main portable chrome folder I have a simple text file called "Run Chome.bat". All that is in the file is the line. " GoogleChromePortable.exe --allow-file-access-from-files "
When I click on the run chrome.bat it launches the portable chrome (which has all of my bookmarks too) which can now access the 1 password key chain.Flag 0
