Manulife Financials - Group Retirement Solution - Password not populating
Hi:
I have logged in to the following link and saved the login info in 1 Password when asked by the 1 Password Chrome extension.
https://grsmembers.manulife.com/wps/myportal/grsmembers/HomeEN
Everything looks fine in 1 Password - URL, username, password were all saved as expected. However when I use the saved entry in 1 Password for this login, the login screen comes up, the username is populated, but the password (PIN) field remains blank.
I am on a Dell XPS running Windows 7 and my browser is Chrome.(21.0.1180.83 m).
Any thought on why this might be happening?

I'm not able to reproduce the problem here. Could you try saving a new Login item? Please try saving the login manually like this:
1. Enter your credentials on site, but DO NOT submit the form.
2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.
3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).
4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.
Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a sample login at:

Manually saving a login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Doing this allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
If you are still having trouble, please try disabling autosubmit for that Login and let me know if that resolves the issue. Since I don't have an account there, I was not able to verify autosubmit for the form.

I hope that helps. Please let me know.Flag 0 -
