Trouble logging in to onlineaccess.ca

While I can access MasterCard direct access is denied when I try 1Password. I get a message "Banking on line not available" The bank is MBNA. Grateful for any suggestions.

    Unfortunately, I'm not certain that I understand what you mean when you say you can "access MasterCard" or that "direct access is denied". Could you help me understand a bit more about what is happening? Are you are trying to save/fill a Login item or Credit Card item? What is the exact URL where you are having trouble? Please describe in as much detail as possible the steps you are taking, and what you are [not] seeing happen. A [url="http://take-a-screenshot.org"]screenshot[/url] might help as well.   • I set up my MasterCard complete with password on 1Password. When I click on it the URL below the "Unavailable" message appears. However when I go direct to my MasterCard account I get immediate access. I have no problem with any of my other logins. Maybe mbna, whose MC I am using, is blocking 1Password?

    You're trying to access a URL that is not available unless you first enter through the main login page.



    Change the URL in the Login item to the first page of the login process:



    https://www.onlineaccess.ca/NASApp/NetAccess/LoginDisplay



    You cannot go directly to step 2 of the login process (entering your password) without first going through step 1 (entering your username).
