Knox encountered an error while creating the vault.

Hi,

Just purchased Knox and find I cannot create a vault. When I try, I get the following error message:



"Knox encountered an error while creating the vault.



During the creation of the vault “AMX”, Knox encountered the following error (16).



The vault creation task failed."



I have not changed the default vault location. I have tried numerous names and passwords. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry about the issue.



This error usually means that OS X doesn't have the resources to create the vault, usually because it's busy or blocked by a process to do this.



Have you try rebooting your Mac to see if that'll fix it?



If not, please try rebooting to safe mode in OS X, which will remove the stale caches that could be blocking the vault creation. This guide explains how to do this: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11212
