How would one Log In to this site?

The Log In button needs to be triggered, which activates a Log In box, before the username and password are entered.

    The site is designed in a way that requires you to click the green "Log In" button before the log in form will become available. Once the log in form is available, use 1Password to log in just like you normally would, either by pressing CTRL+\ on your keyboard or selecting the Login item you saved for that site from the 1Password extension popup.
