Chrome Extension Plugin blank

Hi, I have a mac and I have never encountered any problems with 1password. Finally decided to install 1password in my windows computer and have the same problem with this guy: [url="http://forum.agilebits.com/index.php?/topic/10836-chrome-extension-plugin-blank/"]http://forum.agilebits.com/index.php?/topic/10836-chrome-extension-plugin-blank/[/url]



I've tried adding a login in 1password but it's still not showing anything.



Is there any update? using the latest version of 1password with windows 7

One thing you can try is what I suggested in the aforelinked thread. Please ensure sure that you are running the latest versions of 1Password (1.0.9.299), Chrome (21.0.1180.89), and the 1Password Chrome extension ( 3.9.8 ). So far every case I have seen of this has been due to an out of date version of Chrome.



If you're still having trouble, could you please send us your Diagnostics Report? Select [b]Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File[/b] from the menu bar in 1Password. Then attach the report to an email to us:



support at agilebits.com



Once we see your report we should be able to help more. Thanks in advance!

Hi Khad, Seems that my chrome was an older version. Upgraded 1password and chrome and everything works fine now. Thanks!
