Replacing a windows desk top with a windows laptop computer
I'm replacing a windows desk top computer with a windows laptop computer. I assume I can install 1Password on the new laptop without buying a new license if I enter the keychain during instalation. If this is true, can you tell me where I can locate the keychain on the old desk top computer?

Welcome to the forums, maddog!
A 1Password for Windows license entitles you to install 1Password on all the Windows PCs that you personally own. You are all set in that regard if you already have a license. If you need to look up your license key to input on the new machine, you can do so on our website. We will email you your license key if you enter your email address here:

What I would recommend is setting up Dropbox syncing on the old machine if you haven't yet.

Then you can simply install Dropbox on the new machine, wait for it to finish syncing, and then install 1Password, Your data will automatically be detected in your Dropbox folder/ <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
