Extension won't stay loaded in Chrome

When I upload the extension in Chrome (Version 22.0.1229.79 m) on my Windows 7 Professional, it will work fine, but will disappear after a while. I believe it happens when I shut the computer off. I will go back to Chrome and have to re-load the extension. It works fine every time.



Any idea why it keeps uninstalling?

    It sounds like your Chrome profile may be corrupt. From [url="http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=142059"]Chrome's support documents[/url]:[list=1]

    [*]Exit Google Chrome completely.

    [*]Go to the [b]Start menu > Run[/b].

    [*]Enter one of the following directories in the text field, then press [b]OK[/b].

  • The 1Password extension in Chrome is gone and it will not re-install.

    The bookmarks and extensions work properly on Windows machines and MacBook Pro.
