Vault Will Not Backup

Hi



When I go to backup vault it will not backup. See attached screenshot, no applications are open.

    Hi Loumac,



    I'm sorry that you are having some trouble. This is not controlled by Knox, but it is reported to Knox by OS X. Something is using a file in the vault. Please try closing the vault manually before backing it up. You should also be able to back up the vault if you restart your Mac which should release any files from use.
