Login to Zoho.com mail not working with 1Password
Been using 1Password for over a year with hardly a hiccough! However, I'e been researching web-based email and trying to use 1Password to logon with saved details to the mail logon at zoho.com (https://www.zoho.com/mail/login.html) but it just takes me to the home page.
This also happens with atmail (installed on my private linux server) - not sure if there's a connection pattern here.
I'm using Windows 7 64 bit with Chrome and 1Password Chrome extension.
If I try using 32bit IE9 and attempt to login using 1Password, I get the following error: "1Password has encountered a problem. Internet explorer is denying access to a <frame> because it is on some other domain."
Any ideas?

I'm glad 1Password has been working so well for you for so long, but I'm sorry that you're having some trouble now. Please try saving the login manually like this:
1. Enter your credentials, but DO NOT submit the form.
2. Click the 1Password button in Chrome's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.
3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).
4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.
Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a sample login at:
https://www.zoho.com/mail/login.html
Manually saving a login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Doing this allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
If you are still having trouble, please try disabling autosubmit for that Login and let me know if that resolves the issue. Since I don't have an account there, I was not able to verify autosubmit for the form.

The issue with IE9 is not something we have any control over. The message that you are seeing is specific to Internet Explorer. IE is preventing something called "cross-domain scripting".
Essentially, it comes down to this: when the login <form> is inside some <frame> and this <frame> is hosted on some other domain (other than the current domain), then IE does not allow scripting access to that <frame> (and that's why 1Password cannot touch it).
Whenever this happens, our advice is to use Auto-Type or the 1Password extension in a different web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
I hope that helps. Please let me know.Flag 0
