New licensed user for mac and windows - Chrome extension for Windows not working

Hi I have Windows 7 and use Chrome Version 22.0.1.229.94m. Every time I try to login using the 1Password Windows Chrome extension, it just starts a countdown without ever logging me in.



(My OS X extension for Chrome works wonderfully and would love to be able to get my Windows to work as well. I use both computers extensively and would like to be able to seamlessly integrate my 1password on both platforms..

    Please review our troubleshooting guide for this, and review each step carefully:

    A common cause is a proxy server or other "Internet security" programs blocking the secure connection between the sandboxed browser extension and the main 1Password program. Workarounds for both of these are outlined in the guide, and the latter has its own page linked in step seven:

    Often this can be resolved by simply removing and reinstalling the extension. This is covered in the guide. Please let me know how it goes and if the above applies to your situation.



    If you're still having trouble, could you please send us your Diagnostics Report? Select [b]Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File[/b] from the menu bar in 1Password. Then attach the report to an email to us: [b]support AT agilebits DOT com[/b]



    If you are using Chrome Sync to keep your extensions in sync between Chrome for Mac and Chrome for Windows, please be sure to mention that in your email.
